Now, OOH really is for everyone.
We believe city information should reach everyone—no exceptions. That’s why we’ve developed a new tool that allows people with visual impairments to hear promotions, offers, product launches, and all the other exciting things advertising has to offer. After all, people with visual impairments are also brand consumers.
“OOH For All” is a new technology that brings audio descriptions to ads in the São Paulo Metro. It works simply: whenever the panel detects someone using a white cane — commonly used by people with visual impairments — it automatically activates the audio description on-site.
This project was created by Euphoria Creative for JCDecaux Brazil and has already been embraced by major brands like Havaianas, Burger King, Hellmann’s, Ticket, Amazon Music, and the São Paulo Metro. It was developed in partnership with and curated by the Dorina Nowill Foundation for the Blind, with technology by BIZSYS.
