Shell introduces its new loyalty program, Shell Box Clube.
Raízen, the licensed operator of the Shell brand in Brazil, has just launched Shell Box Clube, a loyalty program integrated with the Stix benefits ecosystem. Bringing even more experiences to its customers, the new service offers consumers a unique opportunity, combining the advantage of fueling at Shell stations with an exclusive rewards system.
The campaign, titled “Points Specialists” and starring Fábio Porchat and Oscar Schmidt, aims to position Shell Box Clube as the leading loyalty program in points and benefits in the market.
The idea was to create a one single message campaign, making it very clear that Shell Box Clube has arrived as the brand that understands points better than anyone else. To build communication with cultural relevance, we featured true “points specialists,” such as a woman who has spent her life doing cross-stitch, and even Oscar Schmidt, one of the highest scorers in basketball history. No one better than them to recommend the points from Shell Box Clube.
With humor and a very clear message, we show that consumers now have yet another advantage when fueling at Shell stations.
