Inspired by this, we created the concept “Talent Without Labels”, which celebrates the unique value of each individual talent, contributing to a future of more innovative leadership. It is a program that modernizes the development of future leaders with a focus on accelerating careers.
In this new structure, trainees will have direct contact with directors and vice presidents, being mentored by the company’s top leaders throughout a journey that connects culture, management, and the future. In doing so, the company reinforces its vision of a winning organizational culture that has, for decades, developed outstanding leaders — many of whom began as trainees and now hold vice-presidency positions or even leadership roles in the global business.
